The service department at Wetzel Ford was a lifesaver! On new years weekend, we were on our way from Indy to Columbus to visit family. On the interstate, the handling became very erratic and the car was shuttering side to side. We had just had service done on the car including an alignment. We luckily got off the interstate just as it was getting really bad and scarry to drive. We got to Wetzel 3 hours before closing and they were able to squeeze us in. They got the car on the alignment rack within 15 min of getting the keys. It turns out the alignment was completely out and the car was getting pushed by the rear wheels being out of alignment. The other service center obviously did not tighten a bolt or messed something up completely. We were in and out in an hour and a half on a holiday weekend! Matt and the rest of the service team were excellent. We highly recommend Wetzel for anyone interested in quality service and willing to help make something right. Before we left, both the technician and I test drove to car to make sure everything was 100% ok before getting back on the interstate with our new born child. THANK YOU!
Nick/Nic is stand-up, period. Called around for an Interstate battery for a 01 burb. Had in stock and sold it over the phone and picked it up after the shop closed. The whole experience is topshelp.
Nick wetzel made thing right finally. I wish his staff would of told him what was going on and made a remedy for the situation before hand. Terrible after care they scratched our brand new truck before it left the lot. Thy tried fixing it twice with their body shop lady saying she just did a quick job. Very unsatisfactory service and customer car. They seem to think that swirl marks on a brand new truck are okay. Sorry I'll take all my business elsewhere.
