Once again perfect and above and beyond customer service by all. I am a returning customer who just purchased a new Ford F150 from the team. Everything from my arrival, test drive, finance, and delivery was super smooth. I can do nothing but recommend the team for your purchase. My truck had to be obtained from another dealer as I wanted a very specific combination and they found it with in 30 min and sent a driver to get it first thing the next morning and I took delivery of it that afternoon. Once again perfect and above and beyond customer service by all. I am a returning customer who just purchased a new Ford F150 from the team. Everything from my arrival, test drive, finance, and delivery was super smooth. I can do nothing but recommend the team for your purchase. My truck had to be obtained from another dealer as I wanted a very specific combination and they found it with in 30 min and sent a driver to get it first thing the next morning and I took delivery of it that afternoon. Thats above and beyond in my book. They got me what I wanted and the wife and I are very happy look forward to future dealings with Wetzel family of dealerships.

We were looking to trade in our vehicle and were interested in looking at two specific vehicles which we researched on the net before hand. One car was nowhere to be found and no one had a clue what happened to it. During the test drive of the second the salesman was unable to answer most specific vehicle questions even though he supposedly showed the vehicle before. During the financing phase they offered us full pay off of our trade in vehicle and a fixed monthly rate within our budget but asked us to come back the next day due to their financial guy having left for the day already. After going back the next day they not only increased the monthly payment but also the down payment and shortened the time frame! If they cannot stick to a deal they offer then just do not name numbers. Highly unprofessional in every instance, costumer unfriendly, unqualified staff and unorganized inventory.

I am glad I decided to drive a little to save a lot. The price was just what I wanted on both my trade and purchase of my new F150. When I arrived, since I drove just over an hour, they had the vehicle all washed and SUPER clean for our inspection. It was perfect, and after a short ride to check everything out, we went through with the purchase. We even had a conversation with Nick Wetzel about our great experience, and told them we would be happy to refer family and friends.
